Browsable SVN Site Down?

Is the browsable SVN repository down for good? http://svn.wikidot.org/svn
For about a week I've been getting:
Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at svn.wikidot.org Port 80
The other link to the files works fine (http://svn.wikidot.org/repos), but I like the browsable link to try and stay on top of what was changed from revision to revision.
