[BUG 8] Wikidot needs custom php.ini

Description

Supply the modified php.ini and pass it as a parameter to php-cgi in lighttpd configuration.

Most notable changes in standard php.ini:

• memory limit
• files uploads (for consideration)
• pcre settings PCRE tweaks

Having own php.ini would fix this note from installation guide:

From time to time, make crashes in the middle of saving pages. This is caused by PHP process running out of memory. Re-run make and this should succeed.
