[BUG 7] Duplicator broken for wiki_farm = true

Description

According to user report, there is a bug in duplicating a wiki.

The PHP error:

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function getUserId() on a non-object in /usr/share/wikidot/php/utils/Duplicator.php on line 88

There was a problem in attached dump. The main site (www) did not have any owner set. This was causing the problem.

I fixed this while working on new structure for loading initial dump.
