[BUG 22] Drop full ZendFramework dependency

Description

We only use Zend Framework for the following:

  • Pingbacks
  • XML-RPC API (not internal API)
  • searched words highlighter

instead of pulling all 300MB Zend Framework, we could just add a few needed files to our repository and synchronize them from time to time.
