[BUG 19] Default SMTP port 25 even if ssl = true

Status

This bug is fixed (not closed yet)

Description

There are two issues:

First is: if [mail].ssl setting = true, the default [mail].port is 25 anyway (should be 465).

Second is: [mail].ssl setting is not documented in full-example-of-wikidot.ini
